The Alta Colección range consists of four grape varieties that are grown and vinified with the same meticulous care as the Bodega's other wines.
- Pinot Gris - organic: we were the first to plant and register this variety, which we began using as an alternative to Chardonnay. We now have the largest Pinot Gris vineyard in Argentina. James Suckling gives it a score of 91 points and the following tasting note:
"A very fresh and clean wine with lemon and light pear skin. Medium body, bright and fresh and a tangy finish. Fun and salty. "
- Pinot Gris Rosado - organic: a light pink rosé unique in Argentina. 100% Pinot Gris, this red grape is used to produce white and rosé wines.
- Torrontes: a grape variety emblematic of Argentina.
- Malbec - organic: richly coloured with silky tannins extracted during fermentation. A spicy, fruity, intense wine.
